For this project, I conducted a field observation within a TikTok & Twitter, treating online space as a social field site. Through informal descriptions, field notes, drafting, and revision, I examined how meaning, behavior, and interaction operate in digital contexts. This page presents both the final essay and the process materials that document my analytical and writing development.
The field observation presented here emerged from a digital ethnographic process that emphasized TikTok and Twitter digital observation as a cognitive and reflective practice. Field notes, informal descriptions, and early drafts allowed me to analyze an online space over time, refining my focus and interpretation through revision. Together, these materials document the process that led to the final field observation essay.
